Questions people ask before signing up
Is it in Greek?
The tutorials and the help assistant are in Greek. The screens are in English with Greek help on every page. Greek screens are on the roadmap if customers ask for them.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The 30-day trial starts when you create your account. You choose Core or Pro at the end, or walk away.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period; there are no long-term contracts.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Settings has an Export button that downloads every customer, product, invoice and record as a file. The data is hosted in the EU.
I am not VAT registered yet.
In Cyprus you must register once your taxable turnover passes €15,600 in any 12 months; below that it is optional, so check with your accountant. Until you are registered you must not charge VAT: set your rate to 0% and switch it to 19% on the day you register. Your invoice numbering carries on unchanged.
How many people can use it?
Core includes two team members. Pro is unlimited: technicians, an office admin, your accountant, all under one price.
Does it connect to my bank?
You import the bank statement as a CSV and the app matches each line to a payment, bill or expense. Live feeds for Cyprus banks are not offered by aggregators yet.
How do I get my existing customers and products in?
Import them from a spreadsheet in a few minutes; the importer guesses the columns. For the first businesses we also do a free 30-minute setup call.
